Our second day together -- we've been busy. Last night at bath time, Zoe finally had to come to terms with the fact that we weren't taking her back to Jonah House. It was about the most heartbreaking thing I've ever experienced. But then this morning, she woke up and seems to have accepted that we are hers. She's been laughing, talking and singing all day. We had our appointment at AIT (American Institute in Taiwan) to get Zoe's visa. Then we spent the afternoon at the Taipei zoo. The sun finally made an appearance, which meant it got HOT today. The picture of Andy and the kids was taken at the zoo. The second picture is of the kids using Daddy as a toy -- take a look at Zoe's face. We're beginning to see some of her personality today - she loves to put things away and she can be stubborn, but it's good to see her acting more like a typical kid. More later - we've got one more full day here and then it's time to pack. Yikes!
